This patient ,Mr.X( Name changed for privacy ) presented to the emergency with altered sensorium, acute renal failure and jaundice. The patient was successfully treated and discharged .He is able to do all activities of daily living and has rejoined for work
Generalized pustular psoriasis
This patient Mrs.Y ( name changed for maintaining privacy), presented with Generalized pustular psoriasis - a condition with extensive exfoliation of skin, on a background of Ischemic heart disease and diabetes. She was also successfully treated , though she had a very stormy course in the hospital. Today patient is doing well with skin integrity fully restored and diabetes well under control.
